About Us
Our friendly team of hard working staff and volunteers are either qualified with Foundation
Degree in Arts Early Years Care and Education, working towards an NVQ 3 in Early Years Care
and Education or have a wealth of experience in childcare (including being mothers themselves).
The staff are chosen not only for their vibrancy and enthusiastic nature but also for their genuine
love and understanding of children. Staff continue to develop their training by attending courses
in paediatric first aid for babies and children, child protection, special needs and courses connected
to the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Our aim is for the children to be happy and have fun in a safe, secure and stimulating environment,
while covering the areas and developmental stages of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
In order for the children to feel settled and secure we operate a key person system which ensures
children receive individual care and attention from a consistent person who they are able to build
a close relationship with. The key person acts as a contact for the child's parents/carers.
